First of all I would like to say terrific blog! I had
a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to know how
you center yourself and clear your thoughts
before writing. I have had difficulty clearing
my thoughts in getting my ideas out there. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15
minutes are lost simply just trying to figure

Howdy! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an established blog.
Is it hard to set up your own blog? I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick.
I'm thinking about setting up my own but I'm not
sure where to start. Do you have any ideas or suggestions?

and i was just wondering if you get a lot of spam comments?
If so how do you prevent it, any plugin or anything you can suggest?
