When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each
time a comment is added I get three e-mails with the same comment.

First off I want to say wonderful blog! I had
a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts
prior to writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas
out. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the
first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost simply
just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?
