Altra prerogativa è il fatto illecito, ovverosia qualunque fatto, atto o comportamento umano doloso o colposo (cioè tenuto con l'intenzione di nuocere ovvero con imprudenza, disattenzione, imperizia) in grado di cagionare ad altri un danno ingiusto che è comunque escluso nel caso in cui sussista una causa di giustificazione, come lo stato di necessità (art. 2045 c.c.) e la legittima difesa (art. 2044 c.c.).

Nella responsabilità extracontrattuale è colui che vuole ottenere il risarcimento a dover dimostrare non solo i fatti costitutivi della sua pretesa, ma anche la riconducibilità agli stessi del comportamento del convenuto (ossia il nesso causale).

I don't know if it's just me or if everybody else experiencing problems with your site.
It looks like some of the text in your content are running off the screen. Can somebody else
please comment and let me know if this is happening to them too?
This could be a issue with my internet browser because I've had this happen previously.

Have you ever thought about including a little bit more than just your articles?

I mean, what you say is valuable and everything.
However just imagine if you added some great photos or video clips to give
your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with images and video clips, this site could certainly
be one of the greatest in its niche. Awesome blog!

My coder is trying to persuade me to move
