Nella responsabilità extracontrattuale è colui che vuole ottenere il risarcimento a dover dimostrare non solo i fatti costitutivi della sua pretesa, ma anche la riconducibilità agli stessi del comportamento del convenuto (ossia il nesso causale).

Hey superb blog! Does running a blog like this require a massive amount work?
